The purpose of the internal rules of Kristiine Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) is to ensure the well-being of all visitors and tenants of Kristiine Centre.
Visitors of Kristiine centre must adhere to the commonly accepted rules and requirements for being in public places.
Visitors must behave politely and prudently in the shopping centre, maintaining cleanliness and order.
Visitors are prohibited from damaging or destroying the centre's inventory, disturbing other visitors with their behaviour, consuming alcoholic beverages, drugs and smoking in the centre. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the centre's eateries only with the permission and conditions of the respective eatery.
It is not allowed to be in the centre under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It is not allowed to be in the centre on roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, etc. Visitors must be careful and cautious when moving around and acting in their own interest in the centre. The centre is not responsible for the personal property of visitors or for any accidents that occur to visitors in the centre.
The employees of the centre have the right to ask visitors to leave if they violate the rules of the centre or endanger other visitors with their behaviour.
The security guards of the centre have the right to remove from or refuse to admit to the centre visitors who have repeatedly violated the rules of the centre or endangered other visitors with their behaviour, as well as visitors in respect of whom the security guard has a reasonable suspicion that they intend to violate the rules of the centre or endanger other visitors.
The centre allows well-behaved pets, whose owner ensures the animal’s good behaviour and safety towards other visitors.
